SESSIONS
During one-hour sessions we’ll evaluate where you are today and what your goals are. The work we’ll do is solution focused and designed to facilitate ecological and lasting change. Through simple exercises and guided experiences you’ll be able to transform and reorganise patterns on a sub-conscious level. All sessions are tailored to your specific needs, taking into account your unique way of functioning.
HOW I WORK
Being trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnosis and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I draw from all of these disciplines to best support your individual process.

NLP
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a discipline that investigates the way you are functioning internally in order to come to your unique perceptions, beliefs and behaviours. Through simple exercises and guided experiences you’ll be able to transform difficult situations, change your belief system or come to new ways of functioning that are more aligned with who you really are.

HYPNOSIS & GENERATIVE TRANCES
Trance is a natural dreamlike state during which the cognitive mind quiets down. The filters through which you perceive the world become malleable and you can tap into the inner wisdom of your subconscious mind, in order to transform difficulties and rediscover more effective and pleasant ways of functioning.

EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a process designed to alleviate distress associated with unpleasant memories. Through eye movement, biological mechanisms (similar to REM sleep) are activated in order to process difficult experiences and heal trauma.

I’m fascinated by human behaviour and consciousness. I believe we are here to live meaningful, harmonious lives and I wish to contribute to this through my work.
Dutch-German by birth, based out of Spain for over a decade. The sea and the great outdoors make me come alive. Yoga keeps me flexible on and off the mat.

The moment I stepped out of Jan’s office I felt something had changed. As if there had been a big hole in my heart, an empty and unhappy space that somehow disappeared during the process.
